Welcome to Sculpt & Release—a two-week series taught by Lead Trainer Maeve and Recovery Expert & Licensed Massage Therapist Joe Yoon. Each workout in this series incorporates 20-25 minutes of Strength & Sculpt to hone in on a particular area of the body, followed by 10 minutes of deep recovery work to stretch and massage those same muscles.
