Welcome to Sculpt & Release—a two-week series taught by Lead Trainer Maeve and Recovery Expert & Licensed Massage Therapist Joe Yoon. Each workout in this series incorporates 20-25 minutes of Strength & Sculpt to hone in on a particular area of the body, followed by 10 minutes of deep recovery work to stretch and massage those same muscles. This series will help you build strength, improve overall performance and ultimately lead to knowing your body better than ever before.
