In 7 Recover & Stretch workouts, our trainer will teach you unique moves designed to open up tight hips. Using a variety of equipment, you’ll strengthen your glutes to help stretch tight hip flexors, improve stability and release tension. Get ready to feel hip relief in just one week.
Vilmaliz
Start this eight-day series to strengthen the entire body and ignite the core. Vilma Bosque will take you through each 30-35 minute Mat Definition workout that targets every angle of the abdominal muscle using a variety of equipment. By the end of the series, you’ll better understand how to recruit your muscles and apply those learnings to all Pvolve workouts ahead.
Celestine
Ready to give your body some TLC? This series, as part of Recover & Stretch, will increase your range of motion, restore flexibility and leave you feeling opened and stretched in just eight workouts. Celestine will use a variety of recovery equipment (plus a few common household items) to restore every inch of the body, including areas that are often neglected like the wrists, feet and neck.
Zach
All About Ankles is a five-day series focused on building strength from the ground up. Whether you have ankle pain or not, this series will show you different techniques and modifications to improve your ankles’ stability. Zach and Jalila will guide you through videos that take 30 minutes or less—including Strength & Sculpt workouts, Recover & Stretch sessions and multiple assessments to evaluate your progress along the way.

Welcome to the Arms & Abs Series! Join Chief Training Officer, Antonietta, for four short workouts using the P.band, P.ball, gliders, light hand weights, and heavy hand weights to build upper body and core strength, mobility, and muscle mass.

Hours at your desk causing you back, neck or shoulder pain? Say hello to At Your Desk: Strengthen & Stretch—a series of 10 to 15-minute workouts that will help you build up your upper body, improve its mobility and get rid of tension and stress, all from the comfort of your desk. In the next five days you’ll be using your P.band, P.ball, hand weights, light ankle band and massage ball set to maximize your results. You’ll also receive some tips on how to maintain the work you’ve done. Ready to show your desk who’s boss?

Great for all fitness levels, the No Equipment Foundation Series will introduce you to Pvolve’s essential movements while increasing your strength, mobility and stability using just your bodyweight. With two weeks of planned workouts and rest days, you’ll learn proper form in Strength & Sculpt classes and progress to the more intense Cardio Burn so you’re ready for any series.
